The Dear Here Method
The Science of Listening
The Ear · The Brain · The Environment
The Dear Here Method explores the relationship between the ear, the brain and the environment through subtle, slow acoustic movement.
We work with three fundamental dimensions of sound:
Breath
Slow variations in amplitude.
Flow
Subtle movement in frequency balance.
Space
Gentle changes in stereo and spatial perception.
Together, these three dimensions form the foundation of Attuned Sound.
Our approach draws from principles of psychoacoustics, auditory perception and soundscape research.
We explore how different combinations of these elements can create different listening experiences for sleep, meditation, yoga, focus, rest and quiet moments.
Each recording is an experiment.
Different environments.
Different movements.
Different ways of listening.
We don't prescribe a response.
We explore what happens.
Real nature. Slow acoustic movement. Attuned listening.
